Zahi Azouri, Founder & Managing Director
- Strategy & Investment professional with ~22+ years of experience spanning industry, consulting and advisory
- Expert in strategy, portfolio management, M&As, corporate development, budgeting and organizational restructuring
- Advises investors, shareholders and boards on strategy, business models and operational improvements since 2010
- Board Member of several companies in the MENA / USA
- Ex- Booz&Co Associate/Manager within the Family Business & Private Equity arm of the Financial Services Practice
- Prior to consulting and business advisory, held different roles within the industry (more than 5 years at Johnson Controls and Hansgrohe, combined), developing and managing new products, new markets and new businesses
- Holds an Advanced Valuation Certificate from the Amsterdam Institute of Finance (2015), an MBA degree from INSEAD (2009) and a Mechanical Engineering bachelor’s degree from the American University of Beirut (2003)

Rachel Moumdjian, CFA – Senior Analyst

Elie Raad, Admin/Research/Formatting Support
- Supports the Investment team in conducting market research, and in procuring, cleaning, and analyzing raw data
- Handles all administration, bookkeeping, logistical, Human Resource and Government Relation matters
- Prior to joining wizadvice, Elie held a Customer Service role for a year at Liban Poste during which he worked on processing Government related paperwork
- Worked in the hospitality and restaurant business, for six years, as a supervisor, scheduling the employee work plan, and managing the team during operations and closing
- Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from La Sagesse University, Lebanon

Nour Hachem, Ex-Analyst at Wizadvice
Prior to joining wizadvice:
- Worked as an Economic Analyst at IDEAS NGO on several programs and studies in collaboration with the Prime Minister’s Office
- Experienced in Management Consulting & Restructuring, worked on Strategy, Feasibility Studies and Operating Policy and Procedure Engagements
- CFA Charterholder (2021), and a Business Administration Bachelor from the American University of Beirut (2017)

- Joined Americana, Dubai, UAE, as Assistant Manager under the Corporate Finance & Strategy team driving the Transformation Plan of the Group, with a focus on Financial Planning & Analysis
- Joined PwC, Dubai, UAE, as a Senior Consultant in Project Finance, focused on Government & Infrastructure Projects
Aline Soueid , Ex-Analyst at Wizadvice
Prior to joining wizadvice:
- Held the role of relationship manager at LGB BANK in the Financial Institutions Department, focusing on evaluating the financial position of correspondent banks
- CFA Charterholder (2021), and a Business Administration Bachelor from the American University of Beirut (2017)

- Joined Deloitte, Riyadh, KSA, as a Consultant
- Joined KPMG, Riyadh, KSA, as a Senior Consultant in the Investment Outreach Practice, working closely with the MISA (Ministry of Investments of Saudi Arabia) on all their large Governmental projects
Hisham Taghlibi, Ex-Analyst at Wizadvice
Prior to joining wizadvice:
- As an ex- Audit Associate, Hisham has proven accounting knowledge and business acumen; worked with KPMG and Grant Thornton, where he constructed financial statements, conducted substantive testing (statistical and physical) of material accounts, drafted audit reports and assisted the engagement team in formulating the audit opinion on compliance with IFRS standards
- Holder of 2 CFA levels (2021), and a Finance Bachelor Degree from AUB (2017)
- Fluent in three languages: English, French and Arabic

- Joined PwC Middle East, as a Deals Associate in their Transaction Advisory Services
